Natural Resources Defense Council
NRDC (the Natural Resources Defense Council) combines the power of more than 3 million members and online activists with the expertise of some 700 scientists, lawyers, and other environmental specialists to confront the climate crisis, protect the planet's wildlife and wild places, and to ensure the rights of all people to clean air, clean water, and healthy communities.

The Center for American Progress is an independent, nonpartisan policy institute that is dedicated to improving the lives of all Americans through bold, progressive ideas, as well as strong leadership and concerted action. Our aim is not just to change the conversation, but to change the country. NorthLight Foundation is funding CAP’s core operations to ensure adequate capacity for the unprecedented attacks on the Arctic.
Gwich’in Steering Committee
The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is life itself for the Gwich’in people. For generations, it has sustained our food, culture, and spirit. As the calving ground of the Porcupine Caribou Herd and home to countless wildlife, protecting Iizhik Gwats’an Gwandaii Goodlit, ‘The Sacred Place Where Life Begins,’ is essential to preserving our identity and way of life.

Native Movement supports grassroots-led projects that align with our vision, that endeavor to ensure social justice, Indigenous Peoples’ rights, and the rights of Mother Earth.
The conservation fund
The Conservation Fund was founded on the idea that environmental protection and economic vitality are mutually reinforcing strategies that make our society stronger. They are twin pillars of a national strategy: economic growth without environmental protection is unsustainable, and environmental protection without economic growth is equally unsustainable.
