2025 TISHMAN EMPLOYEE GIVING

The Tishman Employee Matching Gift Program of NorthLight Foundation is designed to further the Foundation’s exempt purposes by matching charitable gifts made by employees of the Foundation and of Tishman-affiliated entities.

In 2025, 11 employees participated in the Program, which provides matching funds at a 2:1 ratio to eligible charitable organizations, up to a cap of $4,000 per employee per calendar year. Employees made personal contributions totalling $23,050 to 14 organizations which were matched through the Program with $31,100 in Foundation funds for a total of $54,150 in total contributions. Four of the organizations who received matching gifts in 2025 are profiled below.
